Application Case – CF8M DN250 PN100 DBB Plug Valve In The Chemical System
ZZJG recently provided a batch of general valves for a large-scale chemical project. The product is made of CF8M material. The diameter of this Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Plug alve is DN250 (10 inches). The pressure rating of this valve is PN100 (Class 600). This product is used in harsh corrosive and high-pressure working conditions.

1. Project Background
This project employs orbit plug valves in a chemical plant. The plant handles highly corrosive media. The media includes acidic liquids and fluids containing chlorides.
