High-Performance Butterfly Valves Shipped to Petrochemical Project
Recently, ZZJG customized high-performance butterfly valves completed, were packed and loaded onto trucks, and were officially shipped to the well-known large-scale petrochemical project site.
The high-performance butterfly valves delivered in this shipment are designed for the demanding operating conditions found in the petrochemical industry, such as oil and gas transportation, refining and chemical processing units, and pipeline control. They effectively ensure the stable, safe, and long-term operation of process flows and offer the following advantages:
1.Low flow resistance: The straight-through flow path offers near-zero resistance, high flow capacity, and a high Cv value, comparable to gate valves and globe valves, making them suitable for high-flow pipelines.
2.Excellent sealing performance: The spherical plug provides bidirectional sealing with zero leakage; soft or hard seals are available, offering high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, and wear resistance, making them suitable for harsh operating conditions.
3.Bidirectional pressure and sealing: Reliably seals against media flow in both directions, with no restrictions on installation orientation, making it highly adaptable for pipeline networks and refining/petrochemical lines.
4.Rapid opening/closing and low operating torque: 90° rotation for quick operation; self-centering design ensures smooth, effortless operation, compatible with manual, electric, and pneumatic actuators.
5.Erosion and corrosion resistance: The spherical structure cushions medium impact, offering excellent wear and erosion resistance, making it suitable for media containing particles, sewage, oil and gas, steam, and more.
6.Compact design and easy installation: Small size and light weight, with multiple connection options including flanged and wafer-type, saving installation space and simplifying maintenance.
