Recently, Zhengzhou Jinggong Technology Co., LTD. This valve design focuses on achieving physically verifiable zero leakage. Through precise processing, the contour tolerance of its sealing surface is only 0.0004 inches, the surface finish is close to mirror finish, and the roughness is only Ra 0.156 μm. This level of precision is particularly important for handling leakage situations when dealing with hazardous fluids.

3. Reduce operating costs
Compared with the industry-standard three-eccentric valve, the operating torque of this valve has been reduced by more than 30%, which is a significant engineering advancement. The CAM design and frictionless geometry among them allow for the selection of smaller and more energy-efficient actuators, directly reducing cost expenditure and operational complexity.

    This type of valve can also simplify the operation process. Its sealing ring is designed to simplify installation, thereby reducing the risk of human error during the replacement process.
