Recently, a high-cleanliness specialty DN1800 triple-eccentric butterfly valve independently developed by Zhengzhou Jinggong Technology Co., Ltd.(ZZJG VALVE) successfully passed a joint acceptance inspection by 13 leading experts from the national aerospace system. This marks a major technological breakthrough for my country in the field of high-cleanliness fluid control, successfully breaking the monopoly of foreign technology.

DN1800 Triple-eccentric Butterfly Valve

As a core supporting equipment for a major national science and technology project, this series of triple-eccentric butterfly valves meets the stringent manufacturing requirements of aerospace engineering—must meet ISO14644-1 Class 5 cleanliness standards, zero leakage after 200,000 cycles of opening and closing, and ±0.1% precision adjustment, among other cutting-edge specifications. Faced with technological challenges unattainable by traditional products, VÁLVULA ZZJG assembled a 100-person research team. Led by the chairman, they achieved three milestone breakthroughs over a five-month period:

1. Independently developed aerospace-grade clean manufacturing process, achieving a 100% pass rate.

2. Passed 35,000 particle detection tests and 200,000 life tests.

3. Developed the first ultra-low torque technology for a DN1800 butterfly valve, reducing the industry standard by 62%. Ten invention patents have been filed for this innovative achievement. The microgravity seal retention capability is several times greater than that of traditional products, and the fluid control accuracy surpasses similar European and American products.

    Leveraging core equipment such as a four-axis gantry machining center, Japanese ultra-precision polishing equipment, and a Class 100 cleanroom, combined with NASA's laboratory clean material system, we have established domestic production capabilities across the entire supply chain, encompassing R&D and design, precision casting, and final assembly and commissioning. Authoritative testing has demonstrated that the product's surface roughness is consistently controlled at Ra ≤ 0.1μm, with residual media reduced by 99.99%. A 20-year equivalent life accelerated test has verified its aerospace-grade reliability.

    This product series has now completed full-scale development from DN50 to DN1800, covering pressures from PN6 to PN420. It not only meets the needs of controlling extreme media such as liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, but is also expandable to ultra-clean applications in semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, and other ultra-clean fields. The company's unique ultra-clean surface treatment process package has established itself as an industry benchmark. The company is leading the development of five industry standards to promote the implementation of its strategy for independent control of domestically produced high-end equipment.
